Refund policy
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

Condition: The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. The original cellophane wrapping (if applicable) and seal must be intact.

Please Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for perfumes that have been opened, sprayed, or used, unless the bottle is defective (e.g., broken sprayer or leaking).
2. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery).

Take Photos/Video: Take clear pictures or a short video of the damaged package/bottle or the wrong item.

Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you free of charge. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund or a store voucher.
3. The Return Process
If you wish to return an unopened item for a change of mind:

Notify Us: Contact our customer support via WhatsApp or Email to register your return request.

Ship the Item: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Please pack the perfume securely to prevent breakage during transit.

Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the package. If the seal is intact and the box is undamaged, we will approve the refund.
4. Refund Policy
Once your return is inspected and approved:

Pre-paid Orders (Card/Bank Transfer): We will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow [e.g., 5-10] business days for the bank to process the transaction.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Since COD payments are collected in cash by the courier, we cannot refund cash directly. We will transfer the refund amount to your Bank Account, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa. You will need to provide your account details to our support team.

Note: Shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you made a mistake in ordering (e.g., ordered the wrong variant) and wish to exchange it for another unopened bottle:

You must return the original item to us at your expense.

Once received and verified, we will dispatch the new item. Standard shipping charges will apply for the new dispatch.
6. Non-Returnable Items

Sale items (only regular priced items may be refunded).

Tester bottles or Sample vials.

Gift cards.
7. Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been handed over to the courier (usually within 24 hours).

After Dispatch: If the order has already been dispatched, you may refuse the parcel at the time of delivery. However, for repeated refusals, we reserve the right to block the customer from future COD orders.
